Computer vision specialist
In addition to this expertise, I have also worked with SeaVision, an Italian company specializing in vision systems for the pharmaceutical sector.
During my time working with SeaVision, I developed applications using their OCV and Harlequin software.
OCV was designed for code and character reading and verification.
Harlequin focused on quality control for pills.
Given the strict regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical industry, these systems required high precision and compliance with stringent quality standards.
Currently, I am working in the cap manufacturing industry, utilizing a quality control system developed by IMDvista, a Swiss company. This system is designed for high-speed inspections, ensuring that only less than 1% of accepted products have defects. The level of precision and reliability required in this industry is extremely high, as the system must detect even the smallest imperfections in caps.
My extensive experience across different industries, combined with expertise in various vision technologies, allows me to adapt and implement advanced solutions to meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.
